One of my biggest time management breakthroughs (as a mom), was that I can make a few things fit in while my kids are awake. Meaning, I don’t have to do everything for myself while they are sleeping! I do try to spend more time doing the things that will help them grow, but I am in control of what takes place each day, and there are ways to overlap what benefits me with what benefits them.
Exercise is a huge way that I am able to stay sane by boosting my body with endorphin’s, increasing my energy, and ridding me of anxiety. I have a few mommy and me workouts coming over the next week. 1) Chase 60 Seconds or jog in place
2) Lunges 30 seconds alternate legs
3) Tricep dips 60 seconds
4) Glute bridges 60 seconds
5) Chase or run in place 60 seconds
6) Side lunge 30 seconds each leg + high fives
7) Toddler Bicep Curls 20
8) 3 Isometric Superman Holds + kisses
9) Downward Dog 60 seconds
